Generic on-line card game programs

Virtual Deck is a free format online card game server, available free of charge from rlsoftwares. It can be used to play online almost any card game that uses one or more standard 52 card decks (or subsets of them). The players are responsible for enforcing the rules and keeping score. The virtual cards can be moved around the playing surface between public and private areas, stacked face up or face down, shuffled and so on, allowing a wide range of card games to be played.

Evver.com is a site for playing online card games and is the home of an open source project for developing online card games.

Nosferatu has written a Tarot / Tarock module for the free format Vassal Game Engine. This enables any card game using a 78-card French suited Tarot or Tarock deck to be played over the Internet.
