In this game you use the basic rules of speed but with jokers. If you play a joker the other player must take all of the cards played so far and shuffle them into their deck. The joker, however must be placed into a discard pile.
Then you must flip the card on each side and continue play. If no side cards are left the person who recieved the cards loses.
