Industry Resources

The International Association of Gaming Regulators promotes international cooperation in the advancement of fair gambling regulation.

Casino Life is a magazine distributed free to owners, operators and managers of European casinos and gaming equipment manufacturers, providing news and reviews of casinos and gaming equipment, and covering a range of service, security, legal and marketing issues.

Online Gambling Complaints

eCOGRA ("eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance") has set itself up as an independent standards authority for the online gaming industry, specifically overseeing fair gaming, player protection and responsible operator conduct.

IBAS - the Independent Betting Adjudication Service - is easily the biggest Alternative Dispute Resolution service in the gaming industry, dealing with both online and offline disputes.

ThePOGG.com provides an Alternative Dispute Resolution service in exactly the same way at IBAS and eCOGRA. They manage complaints on behalf of the Malta Gaming Authority.
